At Hazy80, we’re committed to delivering your orders quickly and securely.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • Shipping Options:

    • Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 5-7 business days after processing.

    • Expedited Shipping: Available for faster delivery, usually arriving in 2-3 business days.

    • International Shipping: Delivery times vary based on location, typically 7-21 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. 

  • Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@hazy80.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll work to resolve the issue.

We currently ship to most countries. If your location isn’t listed at checkout, please contact us, and we’ll see if we can accommodate your request.

Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges.

  • Eligibility:

    • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

    • Products must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.

    • Sale items and customized orders are final sale and not eligible for return.

  • How to Start a Return:

    1. Email us at support@hazy80.com with your order number and reason for the return.

    2. We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label (for U.S. orders). International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

    3. Pack the item securely and drop it off with the carrier indicated on the label.

  • Refunds & Exchanges:

    • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the return.

    • Exchanges for a different size or item will be shipped once we receive and inspect the original item.

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If your order is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund.
